I'm Lauren, the founder of EFALI.
With over 15 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, I became self-employed and eventually built and ran my own six-figure salon, which I successfully sold, giving me the opportunity to take everything I learned and build EFALI.
I've experienced the highs, the mistakes, the busy weeks, the quiet weeks, the endless admin and the feeling that being fully booked should automatically mean you're making more money.
It doesn't.
It's time to give you something I wish I'd had when I was figuring it all out myself.
