1. Who we are

E F A L I ("EFALI", "we", "us") provides business tools, guides, calculators and downloadable resources for hair and beauty professionals, through the website at efali.co.uk. You can reach us at lauren@efali.co.uk.

2. These terms

By creating an account, buying a product or using anything on this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.

3. What you're buying

Everything sold here is digital: online tools, guides, templates, worksheets and downloads. Nothing physical is posted to you. Access is granted to your EFALI account as soon as your payment is confirmed, and stays available in My Library while your account is open.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details private. Your account and the products in it are for your own use - please don't share your login, resell, redistribute or publish our content, or pass downloads on to others. We may suspend accounts where this happens.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. Because our products are delivered instantly, by completing checkout you ask for immediate access and accept that you lose that 14-day right once the content has been opened or downloaded.

If you haven't opened or downloaded the product yet, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. If something isn't working, is faulty, or isn't as described, contact us and we'll put it right or refund you.

7. What our tools can and can't do

Our calculators, guides and resources are there to help you make better decisions about your own business. They're general business education, not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, and they don't guarantee any particular result, income or outcome. Always check important figures with your own accountant or adviser before acting on them.

8. Our content

All content on this site text, tools, designs, downloads and branding belongs to EFALI. Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it in your own business. It does not give you the right to copy, resell or teach it as your own.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or withdraw products over time; if we withdraw something you've already bought, you'll keep access to what you paid for wherever reasonably possible.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for lost profits or business losses arising from decisions you make using our tools.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
